Delete your Moozumo account

You can delete your Moozumo account and its data at any time, from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or from this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

How to request deletion

1. Enter your name and the phone number registered with Moozumo on this page.
2. Verify the one-time code (OTP) sent to that number.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately.

Data deleted

• Account and profile: name, phone number, email address, profile photo
• Contacts, contact list and blocked-contact settings
• Your call history and call sign-in records
• Subscription records held by Moozumo
• Push notification registrations and scheduled notifications
• Email and notification delivery logs

Data retained

• Messages other people have already received stay on their devices. We do not hold a copy and cannot remove them.
• The other participant's own record of a call with you stays in their call history, including the number that called. We keep it because it is their record, the same way a phone's call log works.
• If you referred someone to Moozumo, or were referred, the referral record of that invitation is kept.

If you can no longer access your registered phone number, email support@moozumo.com to request deletion.
